About the brand...

• Ouai was created by Jen Atkin - an American hair stylist to the stars and most notably, the Kardashian's! She is considered to be one of the most influential hair stylists in the world right now.She worked her way up through the ranks of reputable salons in LA and eventually got the role of hair stylist on Keeping up with the Kardashian's.

• Jen went on to create Ouai in 2016. The name Ouai derives from the casual and informal way of saying the French, Oui, meaning Yes. Initially the brand was online only, but she eventually branched out in to Sephora where the brand became a phenomenal success. 

• Jen wanted the brand to be created by real women with real hair concerns as opposed to a group of men in a boardroom. She wanted the products to have a luxurious feel but with an affordable price point. 

• All of Ouai's shampoos and conditioners are sulfate free and have keratin extracts to repair and strengthen hair.

• Ouai is a cruelty-free brand but isn't officially certified by any cruelty-free organizations. Ouai has confirmed that it is truly cruelty-free. They don't test finished products or ingredients on animals, and neither do their suppliers or any third-parties. They also don't sell their products where animal testing is required by law.

• Apply a couple of drops to damp hair before heat styling to protect from heat damage or apply to dry ends of hair to prevent dry, split ends

• Maximise your natural waves with this product! 
• Contains rice protein which is able to add memory and hold to the hair and waves
• Provides long-lasting texture with a delicate fragrance
• Doesn't weigh hair down
• Spritz on damp or dry hair or spray in to the roots before heat stlying to boost volume

*Texturising Hair Spray - £22*

• Gives hair the ultimate boost without a sticky residue that some volumising sprays can do
• Creates texture to fine, lacklustre hair whilst providing a light hold to styled hair
• Absorbs oil with volcanic minerals - if your hair gets oily/greasy quickly, this would be great for you. Spray in to the roots to banish oily roots/scalp and add volume
• "Like dry shampoo and hairspray had a baby" as described on the Ouai website!
