HISTORY

Verso was launched in 2013 as a utility-minded contribution to skincare, committed to providing essential products that effectively target the skin’s daily needs.

Verso makes high-quality products with a low ingredient count. Verso is located in the centre of a major scientific-research environment close to the University of Stockholm’s campus at Frescati. 

It was new scientific insights about the rejuvenating properties of the vitamin A derivative Retinol 8 that propelled Verso into existence. By clinically testing different concentrations of Retinol 8 under the supervision of doctors from Karolinska University Hospital in the early 2010s, Verso founder Lars Fredriksson arrived at a formulation that proved to be eight times as effective and half as irritative as traditional Retinol.

Verso’s ultimate goal is to make it easier for our customers to combine a healthy skincare routine with busy contemporary life by offering products that deliver performance without fuss.

VERSO FOAMING CLEANSER 1   £32

A PURIFYING AND SOOTHING CLEANSER

Verso Foaming Cleanser is a tender skin cleanser for daily use. It gently removes light makeup, pollution and impurities and leaves the skin fresh  and primed for further treatment steps.

HOW IT WORKS

Verso Foaming Cleanser cleanses and purifies the skin without causing dryness. It is formulated with fruit enzymes that breaks down dirt and makes cleaning the skin easier and more effective.

HOW TO USE

Put a small amount in your palm, add water and create a foam. Wash your face gently and rinse off with lukewarm water. End with a splash of cold water. Use this cleanser before applying other Verso products.

KEY INGREDIENTS

Shea butter softens the skin, while fruit enzymes have a peeling effect that increase skin glow and radiance. Vitamin E helps protect the skin from damaging sun, toxins and pollution.

MOISTURIZING AND PROTECTING DAY CREAM

WITH RETINOL 8

A moisturizing and protecting day cream for radiant, younger-looking skin. Verso Day Cream is formulated with Niacinamide, Turmeric and Retinol 8 to protect your skin from premature ageing and to keep it translucent and soft.

HOW IT WORKS

Retinol 8 is a stabilised Vitamin A complex, eight times more effective than standard Retinol and half as irritative. It kicks the rejuvenation process into a higher gear by boosting the skin’s natural production of collagen.

HOW TO USE

To be used preferably in the morning. Apply to cleansed skin on the face and neck. Can be used alone or together with other skincare products. For superior results, combine with Verso Super Facial Serum and Verso Super Eye Serum.

KEY INGREDIENTS

In addition to Retinol 8, Verso Day Cream contains Vitamin B3 for enhanced skin luminosity. Sun filters and Turmeric extract help to protect the skin from premature aging. Turmeric also contains a potent anti-oxidant that reduces the appearance of wrinkles and promotes a fresh, translucent skin.

The Verso Super Facial Serum maximizes the anti-aging effect thanks to the serum’s higher dose of Retinol 8. It also contains amino acids that increase skin cell quality and renewal. The serum improves the skin’s texture and ability to reduce wrinkles and discolouration.

Verso Hydration Serum provides optimal and immediate moisturisation, long-term hydration and continous skin barrier repair for dry skin. By effectively preventing the skin from drying out this serum keeps the skin smooth and rejuvenated.

HOW IT WORKS

The formula’s unique mix of oat lipids and oils, derived from the Nordic countries, ward off the development of skin problems and irritation caused by dryness. Niacinamide strengthens the skin barrier, reduces fine lines and improves the appearance of enlarged pores. The result is a smoother dermal texture and a younger looking skin.

HOW TO USE

Gently spread a few drops of this light gel serum over your face. Layer with your Verso Day and/or Night Cream, if needed. Avoid direct contact with your eyes.

The oat lipids and oils in this light gel serum are derived from the Nordic countries. High in content of Avenanthramides, Ceramides, Beta-glucans, Vitamin E and skin-identical fatty acids, they have efficient anti-oxidant, skin-soothing and water-binding properties. In addition, a high concentration of Niacinamide, also known as Vitamin B3, deliver effective long-term skin barrier repair.

Verso Deep Hydration Mask uses hydrogel technology to provide deep and lasting facial hydration. It keeps your skin smooth and fresh.

HOW IT WORKS

The mask delivers deep hydration with prolonged effect. Its patented Artificial Moisturizing Factor (AMF) supports the skin’s ability to retain moisture. Due to the powerful absorption ability of the AMF’s small silica particle structure the skin can stay well hydrated.

HOW TO USE

Apply directly on cleansed skin. Open the package and remove the thin protective film. Apply the gel mask sheets evenly on your face. Keep eyes and mouth clear. Peel off the thicker protective film and put the mask on for approximately 20 minutes. Gently remove it from your face when finished. Use your fingertips to massage any remaining moisture into your skin.   All masks are formulated without Sulfates, Synthetic dyes, Phthalates. The Verso Mask series is perfect to use once or twice a week.
